Larry Rubinosky: President, Fayetteville, NC

Mr. Rubinosky entered the United States Army in 1959 upon graduation from high school. He served with the specialware center, 6th SFG and 82nd Airborne Division. Combat assignments include 1965 to 1966 with the 246th PSYOP Det Republic of Vietnam, and 1969 to 1970 with the 62nd Combat Engineer Bn Republic of Vietnam. Highest military decoration is the Bronze Star for action seen from 1969 to 1970. Mr. Rubinosky retired from the military in 1979 as an officer and began employment with Wachovia Bank in the sales finance department where he was made an officer of the bank . He opened American Lenders of Fayetteville, NC in 1987 and grew the business to include 4 franchises. Mr. Rubinosky served on the ALSCO board of directors. He joined RSIG in 1996 and added his fifth office in Wilmington, NC. American Recovery Specialists currently has offices in Charlotte, NC; Fayetteville, NC; Greensboro, NC; and Florence, SC.

Doug Sigmon : General Manager, Greensboro, NC

Certified Collateral Recovery Specialist

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Mr. Sigmon has degrees in Communication and Clinical Psychology, specializing in non-verbal communication studies. After graduation, he was employed by Bank of America handling a specialized collections portfolio, handling all aspects of the collection process from beginning through recovery. Hired as a National Marketing Executive by American Recovery Specialists in 1993, Mr. Sigmon now holds the position of general manager.

Mark Pate : Regional Manager, Charlotte, NC

Certified Collateral Recovery Specialist

Mr. Pate is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a BA in Economics. His previous company, American Financial Services, merged with American Recovery Specialists in 2004. In addition to 18 years in collateral recovery, he has collections experience as an assistant manager for General Finance, collector for Ford Credit, and collections manager for World Omni. Mr. Pate is also a licensed Private Investigator and a licensed locksmith.
